Generative artificial intelligence technologies centered on large language models have proliferated rapidly since late 2022, profoundly reshaping the task division structure of the global labor market. Against this backdrop,AI Occupational Exposure and Labor Market Restructuring: Multidimensional Heterogeneity Analysis and Multi-Agent Dynamic Simulation, authored by Assistant Professor Aocheng Tang of SAIFS, has been selected for the Arts and Sciences Interdisciplinary Training Program at East China Normal University. This project aims to establish a multidimensional analytical framework that systematically depicts AI’s impacts on employment structure. It focuses on uncovering the structural differentiation mechanism between jobs with high occupational exposure and those with low exposure, as well as its profound implications for employment structural transformation, so as to deliver rigorous empirical evidence for relevant policy formulation.
